Student Conduct and Student Code
Incidents may include alcohol or drug use, disruptive behavior, academic misconduct, weapons, theft, vandalism, and/or threats.

Student Complaint Procedures
For issues with grades, other students, or complaints regarding instructors, faculty, or staff.

CARE Team Referrals
Should be submitted for students of concern. Typically, these concerns include mental health, hospitalization, depression, anxiety, bereavement, absenteeism, homelessness, food insecurity, or other behaviors that impede success.

Mental Health and Student Counseling
Address your individual needs with free, unlimited student counseling sessions.

Harassment, Discrimination, or Title IX
For allegations of harassment or discrimination on any basis or allegations of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, or sexual assault.

Employee Dispute Services
For various concerns, discipline, corrective action, mediation, performance improvement plans, and coaching.

Mental Health and Employee Assistance Program
For those under duress, stress, or dealing with life events needing to be addressed with the intervention/support of a licensed mental health counselor, social services, or other professional who can assist. Topics include things like family trauma, divorce, job/class stress, and mental health challenges.

For allegations of harassment or discrimination on any basis or allegations of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, or sexual assault.

Faculty Grievance Policy
For alleged violation of academic freedom, professional ethics, or procedural fairness.

Alternative Dispute Resolution
For when employee satisfaction or dispute issues cannot be solved in informal discussions.

DEI Reporting Resources
For various concerns regarding the university’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Anonymous Reporting
An anonymous hotline for reporting suspected fraud, waste, issues of academic integrity or scholastic misconduct, misuse of university assets, or regulatory noncompliance.

Harassment, Discrimination, or Title IX
For allegations of harassment or discrimination on any basis or allegations of sex discrimination, sexual harassment, or sexual assault.

Nonemergency
For criminal, civil, and parking complaints, safety concerns, medical issues, escorts, assistance with locked rooms, locked vehicles, and jump-starting vehicles.

Emergency
For situations (criminal, medical, disturbances) where the presence of police is needed immediately.
